Well, I hate his music. For years I was wondering what all the fuss was about. When I heard his first album (i mean CD) I thought it was okay. Then I heard the second, third and fourth and really thought they sounded just like the first. I would look around and feel like an alien from another universe. Was I the only one that could hear the similarites in his music? I was thinking Dave was laughing all the way to the bank. I would watch him being interviewed to see if he would let on to the joke he was playing to the world. But NO, he and the interviewer would have deep converstions about how amazing his new disc was and "Dave, exactly what was your inspiration? " I expected him to respond with, "well, clearly it was my previous CD."

I was dragged to see him live and I took a large bagfull of shrooms and STILL didn't get it.

I will say, however, that my 3 year old loves the movie "Because of Winn-Dixie" so I have seen this like, a gazillion times and there are so many annoying things about this movie you hardly notice Dave is in it. He brings a big jar of pickles to a party and keeps saying, " I brought pickles." He just loves doing and saying the same shit over and over. Man, he must really be horrible in the sack!
