Wow, I had no idea that there were DuMB haters out there like. I can't believe it. So here's the shit that I hate being asked;
1) You don't like Dave? Why not?
A: for one, why does everyone call him Dave? Do they all know him? I guess they have a personal bond with him for listening to his songs so intimately, does that mean they were all tugging it to him?
Secondly, what is there to like? Sure he has an all star band behind him, glad he rode them the top but give them some credit, call the band something else instead of naming it after the least talented member. Could you imagine going to see the Ringo Starr band in the 60's?
I don't like 'Dave' because the guy can's sing period. He has this nasal ass voice complete with a bucket of phlegm, and to top it off he growls all the time live, and throws in falsettos in the most awkward situations, come on no one does that, and for good reasons.
2) He must be doing something right.
A: Yeah so did Hansen, pretty talented fellas there, enough said? Green Day? Nickelback, keep going?
Naw
3) The worst of it all is when you are in a room with 10 DuMb fans and they bring it up.
A: You can't win, regardless if you are know to know more about music that all of them combined, can't win.
